Success in other key lifestyle locations across Australia has led one network into the Western Australian real estate market for the first time — and it’s starting with the Kimberley region.
Belle Property will be opening its first WA office in Broome, with the outfit to be led by principal Tamyla Strahan.
According to Belle Property CEO Peter Hanscomb, entering the Western Australian market was “a natural strategic next step” for the business after strong results across other lifestyle locations.
He called the Broome debut “a considered entry point for our brand to cater to the surge in regional demand in Australia”.
“Accessible property prices and job opportunities are ample in the region, so we expect to experience high growth in years to come, particularly for mid-market movers,” the CEO considered.
The network purports Belle Property Broome to be “the first fully integrated real estate service in the area”, set to offer both residential and commercial services.
It was reported that Ms Strahan had identified the local market lacking in “an elevated standard of customer service and real estate management”.
From her perspective, “Belle Property’s best-in-class service encapsulates the status of Broome’s luxury lifestyle history and entrepreneurial spirit”.
Having worked and lived in the area for 20 years, Ms Strahan said: “The region is not only an attractive hub for internal migration and holidaying, it is also a robust local economic centre driven by a tight-knit community that invests in itself.”
Servicing the Kimberley region, she added that “Belle Property’s national referral network and state-of-the-art systems and operations will offer a wonderful array of support to our remote business and community, and will accelerate the region’s growth”.
