RE/MAX has expanded its reach in the Queensland capital with a new business opening in the North Lakes area.

The newly opened RE/MAX Now will offer services within North Lakes, Mango Hill, Murrumba Downs and surrounds, and aspires to bring a “fresh approach” to real estate in the city’s north.

David Kopelke, a former independent agent with RE/MAX U who boasts over a decade of experience, will be leading the team.

According to Mr Kopelke, RE/MAX Now will offer a boutique and personalised service, complemented by the opportunity to leverage on modern technology, which ultimately enhances the buying and selling experience.

“Working with a company with a global presence which is constantly evolving and adapting with industry changes allows me to continue to focus on the day-to-day of my clients, while keeping my finger on the pulse of the industry,” he said.

The business owner also aims to combine “opportunity, creativity and quality marketing with a sense of security”.

“We tell our sellers ‘you are in safe hands’ and that is very much at the root of how we operate,” he commented.

According to Mr Kopelke, “the way in which we do business is very much about providing a quality service, and I am excited to bring a new, fresh approach to sellers and buyers of the northern suburbs of Brisbane”.

RE/MAX Now will be bolstered through the alignment of sales agent Camden Gale and office manager Kirrilee Pearson to the team.

RE/MAX Australia managing director Joel Davoren has expressed his support for Mr Kopelke and his team, echoing the enthusiasm in servicing Brisbane’s northern suburbs.

“We are thrilled to have David take the step from successful agent with RE/MAX U into franchise ownership,” the managing director said.

“Sellers and buyers in Brisbane’s northern suburbs gain a quality real estate experience from not only David but his whole team.”
