A sales consultant and “Pinnacle Partner” has joined the ranks of Hobart’s LJ Hooker Pinnacle Property.
Alison Rogers has been revealed as joining the team, moving across from EIS Property Hobart for the opportunity.
After achieving close to 50 residential sales in the last 12 months alone, Ms Rogers will continue to work as a sales consultant, while also being involved in the recruitment and mentoring side of the business.
According to the new recruit, “one of the significant attractions for me to join LJ Hooker Pinnacle Property was the freedom to list and sell right across Greater Hobart under a leading national brand”.
With CoreLogic highlighting that Hobart property values increased by more than 12 per cent in the last year, LJ Hooker Pinnacle Property’s managing director, Penny Higgs, has acknowledged that the business is expanding to accommodate “growing interest” in the local market.
She said they’re seeing a “high level of activity in the marketplace right now”, and with consumers seeking out personalised and comprehensive service, that growth means they can “cater to the needs of even more valuable customers”.
Expressing her delight at Ms Rogers’ decision to lend her weight to the team, the managing director said: “She has earned her reputation as one of Hobart’s top performers, in only a few years, for her outstanding results and professionalism selling homes and land across all price ranges, from smaller apartments to million-dollar-plus properties.”
Ms Higgs also lauded her industry recognition as a finalist in both the 2019 and 2020 Women in Real Estate Awards, stating that “having people of Alison’s calibre join our team at LJ Hooker Pinnacle Property will further bolster our agency’s capabilities to benefit our customers, and future-proof the business”.
LJ Hooker Pinnacle Property stands as the network’s sole agency in Greater Hobart, so the addition of new agents puts the business in good stead for further expansion, according to the group’s state director, Stephen Mutton.
From his perspective, “it’s exciting to see how Penny and the team have transformed their operations, creating a flexible working environment, with the talent, capabilities and resources to attend to the growing demand in Hobart”.
REB first revealed LJ Hooker Pinnacle Property as a new and hybrid way of working for the Tasmanian marketplace in March 2021.
The business comprises multiple “Pinnacle Places”, as opposed to full-service offices, and services the municipalities of Hobart, Glenorchy, Clarence, Kingborough, Huon Valley, Sorell, Derwent Valley, Brighton, Tasman and Southern Midlands.
