Belle Property has expanded its Sydney reach with the opening of a new office in Concord — a suburb the brand sees as one of the city’s fastest-growing areas.

The newly launched Concord office, which aims to service Sydney’s 2137 and 2138 postcodes, has already been touted to be one of the brand’s most successful offices.

Helmed by award-winning agent and Inner West local Roger Agha, the office is set to support the already established Belle Property offices in the surrounding suburbs of Ashfield, Rhodes and Strathfield.

Mr Agha considers this new business venture as a homecoming of sorts, returning to Concord after having previously spent 15 years working and investing within the local community.

“I’ve enjoyed a long history in Concord with other brands, and in that time, I witnessed the local market transform and become very attractive for families, professionals and retirees,” the principal said.

“The amount of living space on offer is impressive given the proximity to Sydney’s CBD, the streets are wide, the parklands are immaculately kept, the retail and shopping hubs are charming, and the variety of properties is impressive, with everything on offer from entry-level homes to multimillion waterfront properties.”

As Concord shifts towards growth, Mr Agha believes that the new office will ultimately highlight the area’s elevated lifestyle and the brand’s boutique service that “caters to evolution”.

He said: “Belle Property is beautiful in design, forward-thinking, innovative in its systems, network and marketing, and committed to exceptional customer service and experiences, making it the perfect brand to challenge local benchmarks and really put Concord on the real estate map.”

Mr Agha, along with associate agent Lewis Coombe, will provide services to Concord, Concord West, Mortlake, Breakfast Point, Cabarita and Liberty Grove.

Belle Property CEO Peter Hanscomb has expressed his support for the new Concord office team.

“At Belle Property, we’re focused on adding our premium offering to select lifestyle locations, and Concord is fast becoming one of Sydney’s most desirable places to live and invest,” the CEO said.

“We’ve already achieved big milestones and made an impact with our offices in the surrounding suburbs of Ashfield, Rhodes and Strathfield, so we’re looking forward to seeing what Roger Agha and the team do in Concord — we expect it will be one of our most successful offices to date.”
