Reliance Real Estate is pushing into new territory with the opening of a new office in the newly developed Cobblebank Village Shopping Centre.
The opening — on 19 May 2021 — marks the network’s ninth office space, and represents an extension of the award-winning Melton office, which is helmed by director Sandy Rana.
The Melton office was first opened in January 2016 and is reported to have since sold more than 1,000 properties in the council region.
It led to the opening of a new office in the Bacchus Marsh area, before the establishment of the latest agency at Cobblebank Village, approximately 40km west of Melbourne’s CBD.
According to Reliance Real Estate, it is “only fitting” to expand the Melton agency’s presence with a further broadening to the Cobblebank area, with the new office located in close proximity of Cobblebank Railway Station, community groups and services, and approved future plans for Melton Hospital.
The Reliance team has noted Cobblebank as developing at a fast rate, stating to REB that they are excited to watch the area grow and help those on their property journey.
Ms Rana considers the expansion “a huge compliment to my team”.
She said: “Their commitment and drive for success is the real reason we’ve been able to accomplish so much in the past five years.
“We love being a part of our clients’ biggest moments, [and] this new office just means we have the ability to help and serve more people.”
Weighing in on the latest office opening, Reliance Real Estate’s CEO, Sunil Kumar, said: “The whole network at Reliance is in awe of the success of the Melton team.
“This ninth office is a strategic approach to strengthening the existing network in Melbourne’s western suburbs.”
