Queensland’s North Lakes is now home to an all-new Belle Property-branded business, as a former independent agency joins the network.
Chris Bowmaker has now launched Belle Property North Lakes off the back of his own business, formerly known as Bowmaker Real Estate.
The top-selling agent and principal has long been a resident of the area and sees the rebrand as an opportunity “to reflect the growth and maturity of the area, which now boasts properties that are very much of a style and calibre synonymous with the Belle Property brand”.
Servicing areas including North Lakes, Mango Hill, Murrumba Downs, Griffin, Dakabin and surrounding suburbs, and enjoying access to both Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, Mr Bowmaker said “the region deserves a premium brand that can provide greater reach and a broader framework, while still carrying out homegrown values of honesty, respect, openness, integrity and professionalism”.
According to him, “Bowmaker has been North Lakes’ premium real estate agency since 2008; rebranding with the Belle Property logo will fortify this reputation while providing the community with elevated real estate standards and superior outcomes”.
Mr Bowmaker is joined in the business by agents Emma Hawkins and George Patsavouras, and sales support Jackie Mosionek.
According to Belle Property CEO Peter Hanscomb, the Moreton Bay region “is one of the fastest-developing areas in Australia”.
“The area has gained an exciting reputation that matches the energy of our premium network, so we’re thrilled to work with local real estate trailblazer Chris Bowmaker to really put it on the map,” the CEO said.
