Touting growth “with no signs of slowing”, Hutton & Hutton has announced an expansion into Brisbane’s inner southern suburbs.
This move marks the latest efforts towards the brand’s bid to build four main hubs that cover the inner north, inner east, inner west and inner south regions of the Queensland capital.
These hubs are supported by “a centralised operating system and administration so we can provide the most comprehensive support to buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants”, according to H&H CEO and principal agent of the inner north office Peter Hutton.
He explained that the use of a centralised system “allows our agents to work from the hub or remotely — wherever they are”.
Helming the inner south hub is lead agent Lauren McHutchison, with the assistance of sales associate Chloe Woodward.
As she moves to spearhead the development of H&H’s presence in Brisbane’s south, Ms McHutchison said she aims to champion the brand’s long-standing commitment to integrity and honesty, with a recruitment drive aiming to build up the brand’s presence in the newest hub.
“This agency has so much vibrance and passion to do more for clients, and combining this with my local knowledge and negotiation skills, I’ve finally found the point of difference I’ve been looking for,” the lead agent said.
“I can’t wait to see what the future holds for this agency; I just know it’s going to be brilliant.”
