A new Mascot agency has opened, in a bid to better serve the people of Sydney’s inner-south.

David To has been revealed as taking the reins on the new agency, C21 Bayside Mascot.

Mr To boasts over a decade of real estate experience spanning commercial, residential sales, construction and project marketing, as well as sales and marketing across real estate and property services, according to the network, which also revealed it as a “homecoming” of sorts for the operator, who commenced his career with the brand back in 2010.

“I am extremely excited to be back with the Century 21 brand,” the new principal said.

“I’m looking forward to applying my mantra of ‘people first, property second’ in the service we provide to the Mascot community.”

Apart from his real estate expertise, Mr To also prides himself on being a registered Justice of the Peace and multi-linguist, able to communicate in Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese and Cambodian — a skill set that allowed him to work with clients on both local and international levels.

Meanwhile, his educational background in psychology, philosophy and linguistics has helped him develop the ability to assess and understand his clients’ needs and adapt to various scenarios to ensure that they are always met, according to him.

Century 21 CEO James Bell has expressed his support for Mr To and the rest of the team at the newly opened office.

“I welcome David back to the Century 21 network with open arms,” Mr Bell said.

“His experience, diligence and passion for the industry will undoubtedly spearhead the new Mascot office’s success.”
