Century 21’s newest office is led by a duo already intimately familiar with the brand.
The principals of two of the network’s existing offices in Adelaide’s CBD and South Coast, Shelley and Tony Bezuidenhout, have announced their opening of a third location.
Century 21 NorthEast, which operates in Adelaide’s Northfield suburb and its surrounding areas, opens at a time when the state is seeing record population growth, providing an excellent moment for the husband and wife team’s plans for expansion.
“South Australia’s net interstate migration is at its highest level in almost 30 years. Fewer young people are leaving the state to seek job prospects elsewhere, and new home building approvals are high,” Mr Bezuidenhout noted.
Though the pair noted that COVID-19 had caused some economic turbulence, their market knowledge of the region they’re moving into leaves them confident in the business’ success.
With major economic investments underway in Adelaide’s north-east, the new office seeks to capitalise on the location’s rapid growth.
According to Ms Bezuidenhout, the pair also believe there’s an opportunity to deliver a new experience to home hunters in the area.
“We plan to fill the current gap in the local market, offering the community a refreshing take on the historically rigid real estate experience,” she said.
Century 21 CEO James Bell expressed his trust in the Bezuidenhouts’ ability to scale up their operations.
“I would like to congratulate C21 NorthEast on the expansion of their business. With their wealth of experience and dedication to their clients, I have no doubt that their third office will achieve great success,” he said.
