As 2022 draws to a close, the international brand has once again amped up its presence.
One Agency founder and chief executive Paul Davies expressed that the group is showing “no signs of slowing down”, as evidenced by the new principals named as joining the network before the year closes out.
In November alone, One Agency has brought on board offices in inner Melbourne, Goulburn, Hornsby, and Queensland’s Park Ridge.
Mr Davies has welcomed principals Amber Hazel-Panay and Theo Panay (OIEC) into the fold in Victoria, with the pair heading up One Agency Westside.
He’s also brought Andrew Seaman and his business manager Patricia Murphy into the network, with the duo set to become One Agency Goulburn after spending 25 years with a franchise group.
Up in Queensland, Melissa and Michael Verschuur, previously of Stone Real Estate Logan, have launched One Agency Verschuur Property Group.
Deborah Low will also be kicking off an outpost for the network in Sydney’s Hornsby area.
It’s been a record-breaking year for the group, which had already issued 20 new licences for the 2022 calendar year back in June.
Mr Davies said he is pleased to see the continued growth of the network, noting: “We continue to attract top-tier talent who recognise that the One Agency model hits the mark, particularly in a changing market.”
He’s also credited a continuing commitment to innovation as driving One Agency’s success since the brand’s inception back in 2008.
