Ayre Real Estate has revealed two brand-new appointments and a new office in Pyrmont, Sydney.

Rounding out its current presence in Hyde Park, Millers Point, and Circular Quay, Ayre Real Estate’s new Pyrmont office will see local experts Chervonne Papworth and Louise Barbero join the team, under the direction of Ayre Real Estate founder, director and principal Adrian Wilson.

Ms Papworth and Ms Barbero will work alongside existing Ayre partners Craig Donohue and Kirsty Gardner in rounding out the Pyrmont partnership.

Ms Papworth is taking on the director role with Ayre Real Estate Pyrmont and has said she is “proud and excited to collaborate with Adrian Wilson in leading the new team”.

She added: “It’s great to be part of Ayre’s expansion into the area, who are the market leaders, specialising in residential, prestige apartment living.”

From her perspective, “it’s like a breath of fresh air” to align with Ayre after more than 20 years of “personally being part of Pyrmont’s urban redevelopment”.

Ms Barbero has also expressed her excitement at joining the team, sharing her belief that Ayre “has a fresh and innovative approach to marketing luxury Sydney property, particularly within the prestige apartment space, which is perfectly positioned for our harbourside Pyrmont market”.

According to Mr Wilson, the opening of a Pyrmont office “is the next step for Ayre Real Estate in line with our growth plans”.

“I’m incredibly excited that agents of such high calibre and esteem, with strong ties to the local Pyrmont community, have chosen Ayre as their home and brand to deliver our clients exceptional real estate services,” he said.

Weighing in, Mr Donohue said the opening of a Pyrmont office is “a strategic move for our agency”.

“We already have a strong market presence in the premium market across Pyrmont, holding several price records for the area,” he said.

According to Ms Gardner, the latest opening was a decent time in the making.

She divulged that the leaders “had been looking for the right opportunity for about 12 months, being very particular about ensuring we attracted the right people”.

The newest Ayre outpost has already hit the ground running, with the team lauding “the release of quite possibly Sydney’s most prime apartment available for sale; 331/3 Darling Island Road, Pyrmont”.

The prestige 298-square metre whole-floor residence, which boasts panoramic harbour views, is expected to see interest over $13 million.

Noting it as “a great way to launch into the Pyrmont precinct”, Mr Wilson has advised readers to “stay tuned for the new office location opening in 2023”.
