An “integral member” of the Regrowth Consultancy team will be taking on a greater role with the business in 2023.
Ali Fortuna has been named as Regrowth’s newest director.
Having worked across operations and projects alongside directors Kylie Walsh and Lauren Kirk since the beginning of 2022, a statement from the firm said the opportunity arose for Ms Fortuna to step into a new director role and focus on due diligence and health check projects, with the demand for these services — touted as a “key aspect of industry” — having increased across the calendar year.
Having kicked off her career at just 17 years of age in the ACT, Ms Fortuna’s two decades of experience have seen her work across operations, property management, public service, real estate recruitment, and HR.
And having previously worked with Ms Walsh and Ms Kirk at Di Jones Real Estate, the trio have reported their excitement at “coming together again to offer best in sector services and advice to industry”.
According to Regrowth, Ms Fortuna “thrives on partnering with agencies to support their vision designing a bespoke approach”.
“Ali has an insightful ability to look at the minutiae of rent rolls and identify the efficiencies and opportunities in systems, operations, and human capital,” it said.
It’s yet another executive-level appointment for the outfit spearheaded by Kylie Walsh, which only kicked off operations in early 2021.
