The network has made strides towards its goal of capturing a larger share of the national market, thanks to the addition of five new offices into its operations during the first quarter of 2023.

Professionals Real Estate shared it has bolstered its 165-strong network with new outfits across multiple states including Bella Vista and Kogarah in NSW; Elizabeth and Millicent in South Australia; and Bunbury in Western Australia.

Notably, most of the recent businesses that switched towards the network have already made their mark in their own respective market enclaves but had different motivations for their realignment.

Steven Chung, the leader of the recently established Professionals Bella Vista, shared that the decision to realign with the network came after 11 years with a competitor franchise.

The Sydney-based principal, who leads a team of four salespeople and three property managers who oversee over 400 properties, said that while several major brands had knocked on the door, it was with Professionals that he and his team made a connection with.

“Professionals is a consistent brand and I’m excited to get my team back into regular training,” he stated.

In Adelaide’s north, the family-run Professionals Elizabeth prides its self for having a strong focus on property management.

Before signing on with the Professionals, the business' principal, Luke Alexander, managed to grow under another franchise the number of properties under its management to over 1,000.

And as Mr Alexander decided his next business move, he disclosed that he had met with all the major real estate brands,  but was deterred by the high fees they proposed.

Consequently, he chose to operate independently for a year to test his capabilities on his own.

A year later, Mr Alexander reconnected with Professionals and expressed that their fair fees, high level of support, and flexibility were “exactly” what he was looking for.

Chief executive officer Katherine Gonzalez-Cork has welcomed the new team additions to the network.

“We are growing our network of agencies who choose us not only for our effective support model, but because we put our people at the heart of what we do,” Ms Gonzalez-Cork remarked.

Driven by strong growth aspirations, the executive said that the multi-state expansions are in line with their strategy of “positioning the business for greater market share”.

She expressed her belief that the business owners are joining the network’s roster due to its “unique” working principle of  “putting people and values first”.
