After three years of aligning with a different brand, a leading agency on the shores of Lake Macquarie has returned to First National Real Estate.

David Westerman has realigned with the network, rebranding his business from Altitude Real Estate Toronto to First National Real Estate Toronto.

It’s a step away from independence for Mr Westerman, who has cited that the move helps the agency remain committed to “offering Toronto’s leading property services” through access to “a technology and collaborative structure that puts our clients first.”

Specifically, he credited “value, technology and expertise sharing” as his motivating factors for his business’ return to the network’s roster, before commending the technology and services provided by First National.

In continuing to provide service and advice to its clients, Mr Westerman noted his team will benefit from the network’s resources and expertise, such as “exclusive advertising systems” and allowing member councils to decide how money is spent.

“This innovative approach has revolutionised property services and overturned traditional techniques,” Mr Westerman said.

Overall, Mr Westerman believes the return to the brand marks “a new chapter in [the] agency’s history”.

“With a focus on innovative technology and a structure that puts clients first, First National Real Estate Toronto is poised to lead the way in our local real estate market.”

“I am excited to bring this new level of innovation to the Toronto real estate market,” he concluded.

Notably, First National has inked partnerships in the last 12 months to bolster its  offerings.

On 2022, the network unveiled that it had teamed up with proptech platform Propps to offer its “Make an Offer” system to First National’s offices across the country. The partnership enabled the platform to be set up on all First National agents’ websites, guiding buyers and facilitating offers “direct from the online listing”.

More recently, more than 200 First National offices across the country were able to access REA Group’s Connect suite of products thanks to a recent partnership, which gave agents access to tools and insights from the likes of realestate.com.au, Realtair and CampaignAgent.
