Continuing to strengthen its foothold, the brand has established a new outfit in the inner west market of the state.
Coronis Yarraville’s opening marks a “significant milestone” in the company’s expansion strategy, with the group welcoming another franchise following a rebranding.
Rita Galati, who heads the new outfit, highlighted the pivotal role played by Coronis Victorian state director, Adam Flynn, in motivating the alignment, emphasising his exceptional leadership.
“I decided to join Coronis for a number of reasons. Adam has a genuine desire and commitment to assist franchisees and employees to achieve their best. He is a visionary and has a reputation for being an elite real estate professional,” she explained.
She also credited his training, being “second to none”, had helped solidify her decision for the brand switch. “New or experienced sales agents will benefit from the intense training program available. Coronis is a fresh brand in Victoria,” she explained.
Ms Galati expressed her optimism that the group is positioned to “achieve great things”.
“I know that there are people in the group that are ready to lend a hand with all aspects of the business. The values of integrity, inclusivity, winning, and sustainability resonate,” she stated.
Mr Flynn himself has expressed his confidence in Ms Galati’s expertise, citing her strong track record in the industry.
“I have known Rita on a personal and professional level for many years. Rita is an acclaimed agent and auctioneer,” he said.
He highlighted the strategic positioning of the new outfit within a market that the group considers crucial for the brand’s expansion.
“The inner west market is an important market for our growth journey at Coronis, and we are confident that with our branding and training combined with the right talent, which we see in Rita, we can solidify our brand in this exciting niche and diverse market,” Mr Flynn stated.
Having already established a strong presence in Victoria, the Coronis Group continues its strategic expansion nationwide, with the brand announcing its plans for expansion into Tasmania in August 2022.
In its pursuit of new markets, the Coronis Group appointed Karuna Mazzocchi as its new chief executive officer in March, with a focus on expanding into new markets, establishing national market leadership, and empowering agents to become entrepreneurs, aligning with the company’s beliefs.
