Coronis is recognising the work of an agent it has fostered from the start of his career in appointing a new group sales manager.
Jack Harvey began his real estate career with Coronis at age 19 and has charted a path upwards through the network since then.
Since that time, he’s built an expertise in North Brisbane’s property market and earned the attention of industry leaders, receiving REB’s Newcomer of the Year Award in 2017.
Over the course of his engagement with the brand, he has shifted from learning the ropes, to operating within his own team, to becoming a lead agent.
The network said this appointment would see him leading the sales team at Coronis North and driving the business’s growth in alignment with the company’s expansion plans.
Indeed, the firm is continuing to pursue swift growth in 2023, announcing several new offices, including two Melbourne outposts in the space of the past week.
In announcing Mr Harvey’s promotion, the firm noted that even with rapid growth plans in its sights, nurturing the people that represent Coronis is still the main aim.
A statement noted that the brand was “committed to fostering growth through acquisition and organic expansion, and firmly believes in the power of having the right people in the right places to achieve sustained growth”.
According to the network, Mr Harvey’s rise is exemplary of how the brand aims to nurture the ambition of young agents coming up in the field, building a staff retention success story along the way.
In accepting the position, Mr Harvey spoke of the support he’s received from the brand and advised that finding a good fit for yourself as an agent was key to continued success.
“Choosing the right environment is crucial. Find a solid brand with experienced professionals who can guide and support you, especially if you’re just starting out,” he said.
“Not all businesses offer the same level of support that Coronis provides. Learn from someone willing to lead by example and share real-time tips, tricks, and dialogue.”
Hinting at his desire to learn as well as lead, Mr Harvey shared his excitement at being able to broaden his skillset through the professionals he would be working with.
“I am thrilled to take on this role at Coronis and collaborate with some of the industry’s most accomplished and inspiring professionals,” Mr Harvey said.
“My dedication lies in delivering exceptional results for our clients and ensuring the continued growth and success of the Coronis Group,” he added.
