With a new head of growth, DiJones is touting ramped up capabilities in its investment management division.

Benjamin Goben has been appointed to the pivotal role, bringing over two decades of property management and sales expertise and experience operating at the CEO level for an independent brand that expanded considerably under his leadership.

“Investment management is a vital component of a successful real estate business and Ben will play a key role in ensuring that we achieve consistent growth and profitability for our large portfolio of properties, whilst retaining a keen focus on the needs of our clients,” DiJones CEO Dean Mackie said of Mr Goben’s appointment.

“Ben’s 25-year career in the real estate profession, most recently as CEO of Chadwick Real Estate, provides us with an incredible amount of experience and resources,” he added.

Mr Goben will work collaboratively with the DiJones’ head of investment management, Pamela Styling, who will continue to drive strategy within the portfolio.

“Together, it’s unlikely that there would be a more experienced and capable team in the investment management space to innovate and ultimately provide DiJones’s current and future clients with service that will evolve with their changing needs, while also mentor the best people to handle the management of DiJones and our clients asset portfolio,” Mr Mackie commented.

He said he felt assured that the duo would be able to help the business evolve its investment management sector in line with the changing property landscape.

Mr Goben will also work in tandem with Darryn McRae, who joined the network earlier in the month, on recruiting talent across the network.

“With a proven track record that includes the expansion of the Chadwick business from a single office to an organisation that spans the entire North Shore, Ben’s ability to foster strong relationships and ensure the growth of the people he leads is what he considers the keys to success.”

On his part, Mr Goben said he felt his hands-on experience across all sectors of the industry placed him in a good position to drive the network’s growth.

“Those who have worked with me know my passion and that I’m always willing to roll up my sleeves to get in and help with any situation that can unfold during a typical day in real estate.

“The vision and values DiJones offer will support me to focus significantly on asset growth across the entire group and building on talent whilst ensuring that we are delivering best in breed service across the network and to clients.”
