A Marayong-based office is the first of several new outposts One Agency is preparing to welcome in western Sydney.
The latest addition to the international brand, which has a presence in Australia and New Zealand, is the newly launched One Agency Marayong-Doonside, co-founded by Raj Verma and Naveen Rana.
The duo cited the flexibility of One Agency’s business model as key to spurring them to align with the brand, particularly the monthly subscription model, which is somewhat unusual in franchising arrangements.
Mr Verma, principal of One Agency Marayong-Doonside, promised that clients can expect “unmatched service and value” from the nascent real estate office, explaining that he sees big things for the area in which he and Mr Rana are based.
“We believe that western Sydney offers tremendous opportunities for growth and development,” Mr Verma added.
One Agency signalled that the firm would have more news specific to Sydney’s western suburbs in the coming weeks, targeting the area for strategic growth.
Paul Davies, One Agency’s CEO, promised this was “just the beginning of a series of exciting developments” for the brand.
Mr Davies said he would be announcing the opening of two more offices in the region in July alone, alongside a number of other new joiners across the country in the coming months.
Those new offices are expected to align with the firm’s stated plans to target key markets in which to establish a “strong presence”.
“We are thrilled about the growth prospects ahead of us. Our focus is on attracting top talent, expanding our footprint and providing unparalleled service to our clients,” Mr Davies said.
Earlier in the year, Mr Davies lifted the lid on some of the ways in which the brand had supported its clients, particularly through a turbulent market environment.
He explained that the firm spent much of 2022 helping offices identify cost-cutting opportunities and making use of proptech solutions to consolidate some activities, such as marketing, branding and general running of the business.
While these were important steps to take during last year’s downturn, Mr Davies described that level of support and forward planning as typical of the process he goes through with business leaders.
“Forward-thinking solutions and astute partnerships that reduce ongoings in order to maximise retained income have always been a part of our playbook and will remain in play for the future,” he said.
