A specialist in high-end real estate in Sydney’s harbour suburbs has joined the team at BresicWhitney.
Anna Chen brings over a decade of experience and knowledge of niche aspects of the industry to the brand, having worked across high-end residential, luxury hotel and development sales.
Added to that, the network said her fluency in English, Mandarin and Hokkien gives Ms Chen an edge in her ability to “connect with international clients and those from diverse backgrounds”.
In Ms Chen’s view, her language skills have been key in helping her excel in what she considers to be the most important part of an agent’s job.
“Regardless of the work we do, where we live, or the language we speak, what we all crave is connection,” Ms Chen said.
“For me to be able to play a role in that, in the industry I love, with the best real estate brand in the country, is very exciting,” she added.
Ms Chen cited the firm’s guiding principles as a reason for making the switch to BresicWhitney, stating she was attracted to the network’s “commitment to delivering a memorable and meaningful experience” and its intention to “lead with creativity and innovation”.
Ms Chen is the fifth sales agent to join BresicWhitney in the past three months alone. In addition to Ms Chen, the team now comprises Nicholas Christou, Shabina Kamal, Louise Barton and Jade Prior, who made the move across at the end of last financial year.
BresicWhitney CEO, Thomas McGlynn, described Ms Chen as “one of the most exciting rising stars in Sydney real estate”.
“The success she’s achieved and impact she’s made in a relatively modest time frame is very impressive and bodes well for her future and the positive contribution she will make to BresicWhitney,” Mr McGlynn said.
He added that all the team members that had recently joined on the Lower North Shore were aligned on their shared values and vision for how to grow business in the competitive area.
“The reality is we’ve been active and connected in the Lower North Shore since BresicWhitney was established 20 years ago. The work we’re undertaking now reflects the next iteration of that, and the intentional moves we’re making to build a sustainable future of opportunity and prosperity for our people, our clients and the communities we operate in,” Mr McGlynn said.
Furthermore, the brand foreshadowed that it would continue to add to its team in the Sydney hotspot, with further announcements regarding its Lower North Shore team coming down the pike.
