By welcoming Elisa McMahon to the fold, the brand now boasts an expanded presence north of the Brisbane River.

Ms McMahon joins Atlas Brisbane Inner South as a partner, reuniting with former colleague Jarrod Perry, who took charge of the inner-city agency – Atlas’ inaugural Queensland-based franchise – last year.

Bringing 25 years of industry experience, Ms McMahon will concentrate on the high-value neighbourhoods that nestle into the folds of the Brisbane River.

Well-versed in the area, her sales credits include the launch of the Emporium hotel and residences at Southbank and a string of multimillion dollar sales throughout Ascot, Hamilton and the surrounds.

Ms McMahon and Mr Perry worked together during their time at an independent agency. Describing the timing as opportune, Ms McMahon said she was thrilled to be linking up with her long-time connection.

“We share the same drive for professionalism, innovative solutions and strategies that set new standards,” she shared.

Being able to expand the business was another motivating factor that encouraged her to join the team.

We’re expanding Atlas at a time of renewed interest on the northside, with upgrades to Racecourse Road, a host of new cafes and restaurants, and additions to Northshore Hamilton, she commented.

Ascot remains sought-after, with its median house price recording more than 10 per cent growth in the last 12 months. Ascot and Hamilton’s median house price has now tipped $2.1 million.

On his part, Mr Perry said Ms McMahon’s decision to join Atlas was a great endorsement of the agency’s place in the market.

“I’ve known and respected Elisa for a long time,” he said. “She’s recognised what Atlas has achieved in the Inner South over the last 12 months and is eager to replicate this for discerning sellers on the northside.”

Head of Atlas’ network, Nick Georges, said that the addition of Ms McMahon speaks to the business’s prospects going forward.

“Moving into the city’s northside prestige markets is the logical progression for Atlas and it’s exciting to have Elisa and Jarrod representing the brand in the expansion,” he said.
