Off the back of a financial year defined by expansion, Regrowth is showing no signs of slowing down, adding a new team member to the fold.
The coaching and consulting business has hired Elle Lentini to bolster its expertise across a number of sectors.
With experience in sales, administration, auctions, marketing and property management, Ms Lentini has been active in real estate for the past 15 years, beginning her journey working part-time at the age of 15.
Since making it her full-time gig, Ms Lentini has honed her skills in boutique and large operational settings.
She has also collaborated with Regrowth founder Kylie Walsh in previous professional settings, including at an agency, and the duo have experience working together on conferences, study tours, awards nights and charity endeavours, such the Clown Doctors Annual Ball.
Ms Walsh spoke to Ms Lentini’s experience and personal outlook as key reasons for adding her to the Regrowth team.
“Elle’s extensive experience and dedication to excellence align perfectly with our core values. We believe her expertise will contribute significantly to our continued growth and our mission to bolster solutions for our partners. It’s so great to be working together again after working side by side at DiJones.”
Ms Lentini said she was “incredibly excited to join the Regrowth team,” and cited Ms Walsh’s leadership as a key driver behind the move.
“I’ve always admired Kylie’s visionary ideas and the way they come together to make a positive impact on people’s lives and businesses. I look forward to the company’s exciting growth plans and supporting Regrowth’s partners.”
In this new role, Ms Lentini will reportedly work closely with Ms Walsh on client success and experience, focusing particularly on event management, administration and operational efficiencies.
This latest addition to the team marks another expansion, after the firm bolstered its expertise in the auction realm with the appointment of Darren Cole.
Earlier in 2023, Regrowth welcomed customer experience specialist Georgia Di Noia and industry veteran Sue Choong to its expanding roster.
