A boutique network has further bolstered its presence in western Sydney.
One agency has welcomed both a new member agency and the expansion of an existing one in the same month.
Based in Rooty Hill, Michael Cox has brought his agency across to the brand to open One Agency Mount Druitt - Rooty Hill.
Mr Cox described the decision to join up with the network as an easy one.
“The operational flexibility and robust marketing resources offered by One Agency made this decision a no-brainer,” he said.
The brand’s values, he added, complement his own method of working, and he cited the firm’s fee structure as “[aligned] perfectly with my commitment to building enduring customer relationships and delivering unparalleled value”.
Paul Davies, CEO of One Agency Group, said he was “thrilled to welcome Michael to our One Agency family as we continue our journey of expansion and growth in western Sydney”.
Having strategically targeted the area for growth, the network also announced the expansion of their Caddens - St Marys team, led by Daniel Palermo, with the outfit opening a second office in the enclave that includes a vast amount of student housing due to its proximity to Western Sydney University and a TAFE (Technical and Further Education) campus.
Mr Davies said the recent growth spoke to his brand’s unique offering.
“As One Agency’s network expands, our commitment to delivering exceptional service, personalised attention and results-driven strategies remains unwavering. We’re witnessing a surge in interest from agents seeking a brand that offers both stability and autonomy, and we’re proud to provide this unique blend.”
Only last month the group unveiled their plans to target western Sydney for growth, announcing the launch of One Agency Marayong - Doonside, co-founded by Raj Verma and Naveen Rana.
