A “supercharged” expansion strategy has seen 14 agents join the fold of the national network under the leadership of a new head of growth.
Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate recently welcomed Phil Eldret to the strategic position in charge of expanding the network in both size and reach.
Now, 14 new agents are representing the brand across 11 new locations, bringing the real estate network’s services to communities in Queensland, NSW and Victoria.
In the Sunshine State, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate can now be found in Toowoomba, Cairns, Woombye, Tarragindi, Chermside, Beenleigh and Carrara.
Moreover, NSW boasts outfits in Harrington Park and Newcastle, while Victoria now has Better Homes and Gardens representation in Mount Eliza and Melton West.
According to the brand, more new agents are set to join in the coming weeks.
Mr Eldret, who officially stepped into the role of head of growth at Combined Franchise Services, which operates Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate and Century 21, has a specialty in building brands from the ground up and brings more than 17 years of sales management experience to the job.
Stating that he is “delighted” to have taken up the new role, Mr Eldret described the appeal that agents are finding in Better Homes and Gardens.
“The Better Homes and Gardens brand offers a unique value proposition for agents to be part of one of Australia’s most recognised and trusted brands,” he said, pointing to the firm’s model that offers both a traditional shopfront support and a mobile option.
James Bell, CEO Real Estate at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate and Century 21, remarked on his confidence in the brand with these new additions in both the head office and the network more broadly.
“I warmly welcome Phil to the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate team. We are overjoyed to welcome 14 new agents to the brand and to be able to offer customers in 11 new locations with the unique service offering that BHGRE provides,” Mr Bell said.
