Two offices in Melbourne’s south-east have aligned with Jellis Craig.
Now Jellis Craig Mentone and Jellis Craig Chelsea, the beachside outposts in the city of Kingston, have reported strong results in recent months and have linked up with the Victorian network at a time they describe as one of expansion.
The business’s directors, Byron Kerr and Tanja Neven-Jones, together bring over 32 years of industry experience to the real estate brand. The duo commented that they are delighted to be joining the network at such a pivotal moment.
“We continuously strive to enhance our service quality for both vendors and buyers, and joining the Jellis Craig network offers an exciting opportunity to raise the bar even higher,” they said in a statement.
Speaking on the motivation behind choosing Jellis Craig, Mr Kerr and Ms Neven-Jones said they considered the brand to be setting a “benchmark, providing unmatched exposure through its office network and vast database of potential buyers”.
Jellis Craig CEO Nick Dowling commented that the expansion into Kingston as well as the partnership with Mr Kerr and Ms Neven-Jones made an ideal match for the brand.
“We are thrilled to extend a warm welcome to Byron, Tanja, and their team,” Mr Dowling said.
“The establishment of the Jellis Craig Mentone and Jellis Craig Chelsea offices recognise the future growth in the city of Kingston, and we look forward to a successful long-term partnership,” he added.
In welcoming the new offices to the fold, the network also spoke of “an exciting and strategic period of growth” the business is experiencing.
Earlier in September, the brand announced the addition of Fitzroy agent David Sanguinedo to the network’s Melbourne Inner North office as a senior sales consultant, bringing with him nearly a decade of industry experience in the city.
