Director David Gray has revealed the acquisition of Noble Real Estate into the fold, bolstering the group’s presence across NSW’s Mid-North Coast.
Elders Forster is about to treble in size, thanks to the alignment of the Noble Real Estate business.
Lauding the newest acquisition for the capacity to “dramatically improve the business”, Gray noted that Noble “is known to be one of the best property management businesses in Forster”.
With the sale of the Noble Real Estate having settled at the end of March, the business will be merging into Elders Lifestyle Group’s newly acquired Forster office, with business partner Ashley Hollingsworth at the helm.
The director said: “It’s been great to partner with Ashley, Kelly and Robert, and see just how quick the business has evolved since October.”
According to the group, the acquisition will bolster the business to become “one of the leading agencies in Forster”.
With all of the Elders Lifestyle Group offices aiming “to improve and grow every single day”, for Gray, the goal is to go one step further and become “the market leader in the Forster – Tuncurry market” within the next 12 months.
The first order of business for the newly merged operation, as prioritised by Gray, is “bringing together everyone as a team and using the very best systems and procedures from both businesses to create an even greater offering for our clients”.
And then, it’s all about marketing, with a combination of old-school and digital marketing being used to get the message about the newly merged operations – although some would argue it isn’t necessary.
Gray conceded (with a smile) that “being regional, most of the town found out before we even knew!”
The latest alignment caps off a very successful period for the Forster business, which Gray said had seen “massive momentum”, alongside “the best sales results the business has ever had”.
“We also had a great new agent Darren Rice join the business who has fitted in very well to the business and we are so happy to have him apart of the team,” the director remarked.
