Flynn Estate Agents, the brainchild of Adam Flynn, has unveiled its inaugural location.
Flynn, the former Victorian state director of Coronis, has launched Flynn Estate Agents, a real estate agency and network with a “people-first approach to training, support and results”.
Having previously held franchising roles in state and national organisations, Flynn proclaimed his excitement at taking on the role of founder of Flynn Estate Agents at its first location in Victoria, focusing on the Mornington Peninsula market.
The new agency described its aim to “have a boutique feel, with a heavy emphasis on quality in all that we do”, including a full ecosystem handling sales, leasing, finance and conveyancing.
The agency will also incorporate Flynn’s own unique training model, dubbed “The Flynn System”, as a basis for its training techniques.
This approach aims to cover every aspect in real estate, mentoring agents to ensure that they are fully equipped for success, and leverages his own experiences as a top Australian dealmaker.
Notably, the Flynn Estate Agents network will accommodate both agency and remote agent memberships, offering no “lock-in” time periods and the option to cancel membership at any point in time.
These membership models are described as granting agencies the benefit of Flynn Estate Agents’ branding alongside training and support that will help to build strong, profitable and sustainable agencies.
In discussing the next steps for his new brand, Flynn has alluded to the ambitious nature of the company’s growth, noting the real estate industry “is changing”.
Adam Flynn was described as “ambitious about the company’s growth throughout Victoria and across Australia”.
”We believe this flexible approach to ‘brand’ provides agents and agencies alike to align with a world-class brand, training and support, while maintaining the ‘value expectation’ for continued and ongoing growth.”
