A group of three franchises, previously known as LJ Hooker Property Hub, has switched over to Harcourts.
Harcourts is calling the transition “one of the biggest rebrand moves” in the network’s history, describing it as “record-setting”.
Previously operating under the LJ Hooker banner, the newly named Harcourts Property Hub currently employs 70 staff members across three offices, with two more set to open in the next 12 months.
The real estate group has sold 5,250 homes since its inception, or the equivalent of one home every 14 hours.
“We’re big now, and will only get bigger,” said co-director Dave Manby, who captains the operation alongside Raymond Pienaar.
“Harcourts Property Hub will see an extended footprint across Queensland, offering clients and agents broader territories to explore and leverage, with continued customer and service support excellence,” Manby said.
Pienaar revealed that “a substantial investment has been made to refurbish offices, incorporating cutting-edge technology, and creating an environment that fosters productivity and innovation”.
As well as changing brands and locations, Manby and Pienaar plan to expand the Property Hub’s professional development opportunities.
“Harcourts Property Hub will offer top-class training events, a comprehensive award recognition program, and robust personal growth and development opportunities for its team,” Manby shared.
The Property Hub will focus on the Gold Coast’s premium market segment, in a move that Harcourts CEO Adrian Knowles believes will signal “a new chapter” in the Gold Coast property sector.
“Queensland, and in particular the Gold Coast, is home to some of Australia’s most sought-after real estate,” said Knowles.
“We’re ecstatic to have a huge operation like Harcourts Property Hub join our footprint in the Sunshine State as they share our aspirations for long-term growth within a world where values aren’t just on the wall, but something we practise every day.”
“With Harcourts Property Hub, we make it possible and are poised to redefine real estate delivery in Queensland and beyond,” stated Knowles.
Greg Allan, CEO of Harcourts Queensland, echoed his enthusiasm, stating: “In rebranding, Harcourts Property Hub signifies its readiness to tackle the challenges of an evolving market, capitalise on its storied legacy, and set new benchmarks of success in the Australian real estate industry.”
