Place Estate Agents has unveiled their strategic vision for growth, with their roadmap sharing the 19 Greater Brisbane markets they will seek to service by 2032.

Place Estate Agents has identified 19 markets for prospective new offices across Greater Brisbane, with Brisbane, Ipswich, Logan, and the Moreton Bay regions being ascertained as targets for expansion over the next eight years.

In implementing this roadmap, Place Estate Agents CEO Damian Hackett stated that the network is looking to “cultivate exceptional leaders and forge authentic partnerships with real estate agents”.

“Place has spent 22 years investing, redefining, and perfecting a unique business model, and now we are ready to responsibly scale and partner with exceptional people,” Hackett said.

“This is an opportunity for high-performing agents ready to take (the) next step into business ownership, or for existing business owners wanting to leverage Place’s market-lending services.”

At the heart of these plans for future expansion is the company’s Place HQ head office, located in the heart of Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley, which will continue to enable the network’s growing fleet of offices to “prioritise revenue generation and team growth over administrative tasks”.

“Our centralised platform, Place HQ, empowers our business owners to focus on their expertise in listing and selling real estate, growing and mentoring their team, while receiving unprecedented levels of support and resources through our Place HQ team,” said Hackett.

With the leadership team of Place HQ all possessing a tenure of at least six to 23 years, and the team numbering over 60 real estate veterans in total, the company relayed that those joining the growing Place Estate Agents network will be able to benefit from their “learn-it-all culture”.

“At Place, we do things differently,” Hackett affirmed.

“Our goal is to help agents become great leaders and build genuine partnerships with great people, and help them find their happy place,” he concluded.

This personnel-centric approach of Place Estate Agents has been a long-term focus for the network, with the firm’s growth and nurture team providing Place agents with direct access to expert coaching from the company’s management.
