The network has bolstered their foothold on NSW’s Mid-North Coast through the addition of three locations based in Ballina, Brunswick, and Wooli respectively.

The strategic move was described by Elders Lifestyle Group as enabling the network to enhance their offerings in the Mid-North Coast, Macleay Valley, Clarence Valley, and Northern Rivers regions of NSW.

As part of the expansion, the three acquired agencies formerly known as Professionals Ballina, LJ Hooker Brunswick Heads, and the Wooli-based Clarence Holiday Coast Real Estate, will now join the Elders Lifestyle Group banner.

These acquisitions represent the latest instance of Elders Lifestyle Group’s “aggressive approach to acquiring new offices in key locations across the NSW mid and north coasts”, with the network’s latest additions described by the business as “a significant milestone in its growth journey”.

Elders Lifestyle Group further detailed that the locations of the newly acquired offices are “strategically positioned in close proximity to their existing network of offices”, and will consequently enable the network to better serve the area’s clients and further expand the Elder Group’s regional reach.

David Gray, CEO and director at Elders Lifestyle Group, emphasised the “strategic fit” of the new acquisitions in sharing that the “game changer” will enable the network to “expand our footprint across the Clarence Valley and Northern Rivers”.

“By uniting our offices in Grafton, Yamba, Evans Head, Casino, Lismore, Ballina, and Brunswick Heads, we’re poised to enhance our services and create greater opportunities for the entire community,” stated Gray.

Through the expansion, the business is looking forward to further engagement with the residents of Ballina, Brunswick Heads, Wooli, and their surrounding areas.

Commenting on the expansion, Elders Lifestyle Group head of sales Jake Carter expressed that “this acquisition aligns seamlessly with our overall growth strategy, and we are excited about the opportunities it presents for us and our clients”.

“We remain committed to providing exceptional real estate services and contributing to the prosperity of the regions we serve,” said Carter.

“Our clients can now anticipate an elevated standard of real estate services, now operating under a fresh and dynamic brand, ready to provide unparalleled service and support,” he concluded.

This expansion has occurred in a time of marked growth for Elders Lifestyle Group, with the network having recently merged the team at Noble Real Estate into their Forster outpost.
