Mascot Partners Realty has revealed that Garry White Real Estate will be joining the fold.

Through this merger, the team at the Glebe based-Garry White Real Estate will operate alongside Mascot Partners Realty’s existing Mascot office.

Discussing the motivations behind the acquisition of Garry White Real Estate, the principal of Mascot Partners Realty, Junianto Junianto, said it was “driven by the desire to expand” and combine the two agencies’ “strengths and extensive industry experience”.

“Garry White Real Estate has been an iconic name in Glebe for over 40 years, known for its honesty, reliability, and success,” said Junianto.

“By merging, we aim to leverage these qualities and provide an even higher level of service to our clients.”

With the Mascot-based agency currently reporting a “strong demand for residential properties”, the principal highlighted that Glebe had also remained a “sought-after location due to its vibrant community and historical charm”.

“For FY25, we expect steady growth in property values, particularly in areas with good transport links and infrastructure projects,” Junianto said.

“We anticipate a continued interest in both residential and investment properties, with buyers looking for quality and value.”

In response to this demand, Junianto detailed that the newly unified entity numbering 12 staff members would offer customers a “broader range of services and increased expertise”.

“Clients will benefit from the combined resources and knowledge of both teams, leading to more efficient and effective property management, sales, and customer service.”

Beyond continuing to service the existing areas covered by Mascot Property Partners, Junianto detailed that the “extensive network” built up by Garry White Real Estate would enable the newly merged agency to “service an expanded range of suburbs”.

“In total, we will be able to service approximately 15 suburbs, providing comprehensive real estate solutions across a broader geographic area,” stated Junianto.

And with the new-look entity maintaining both the Mascot and Glebe outposts, the principal relayed that the decision would allow the team to “provide an even higher level of service” to all of their clients.

“Maintaining both locations helps us stay connected with our local communities and ensures that our clients receive the personalised service they have come to expect.”

Looking towards the future, Junianto has shared that Mascot Partners Realty does have plans to rebrand its offices under a single unified brand, while it continues to have an eye towards growth.

“We have a goal to have another expansion or open another office in the next 12 months.”

“Our goal is to continue building strong relationships with our clients and communities while staying ahead of market trends and demands,” the principal concluded.
