The network has kicked off the new financial year with a suite of new additions and expansions.

Three new offices have been added to the network’s circle, with CEO Paul Davies citing innovation and flexibility as key drawcards for newcomers to the brand.

In regional Victoria, co-owners Karen Mitchell and Kath Blake have launched One Agency Yarrawonga Mulwala.

Meanwhile, Mahesh Raj has opened One Agency Your Property in western Sydney; and Danny O’Donnell has added One Agency Sunshine Coast Hinterland to his Queensland business.

According to Davies, the three new office openings demonstrate “the scaleability and flexibility of the One Agency model in building market share and revenue without absurd increases in costs based on turnover”.

The CEO stated that prospective agency owners see value in “a simple licensing arrangement instead of an expense-heavy franchise”, making it easier for agencies to grow according to their needs and ride out the fluctuations of their local market.

Indeed, Davies considers reducing excessive costs for real estate businesses to be at the core of his group’s ethos.

Another major attraction that Davies believes sets the network apart from competitors is the scope and scale of free marketing resources on offer.

The brand’s in-house media portal, ONEPlace, provides members with free email and SMS templates, a marketing calendar, and social media and marketing graphic design templates “for every possible scenario” which are editable in Canva.

“ONEPlace has been instrumental in our expansion,” Davies stated. “This platform provides our members with comprehensive media and marketing tools essential for lead generation and branding their businesses.”

“Its resources empower our agents to stand out in the competitive real estate market, ultimately driving our network’s growth.”

As the brand looks ahead to the 2025 financial year, Davies warned agents to be prepared to go with the flow.

“Every year is different and brings its challenges. We believe agents should adopt an attitude of flexibility within their businesses where changes can be made quickly to meet unforeseen market challenges,” he said.

Already, this year has seen Australia’s property market enter uncharted territory, with Brisbane and Perth seeing an unprecedented rise to the top of the nation’s radar, while the traditionally robust Melbourne enters a sleepy period.

As the market ebbs and flows, Davies stated that it’s essential for networks to accommodate the evolving needs of their local agencies.

“One Agency offers members this flexibility and support where required,” he said.
