A duo of office openings in Townsville and Wanaka will leverage strong demand for prestige property.

Century 21 has kicked off the 2025 financial year with two brand new office openings on both sides of the Tasman.

In North Queensland, the network has launched a prestige office catering to high-end buyers. With world-class tourist sites like the Great Barrier Reef and Magnetic Island on the city’s doorstep, Century 21 Prestige will capitalise on strong global demand for property in the area.

Amid a cutthroat property market, principal Paul Fotinos believes that the brand’s strong reputation will give his agency an edge.

“We’re excited to partner with the global power of the Century 21 network, and provide a point of difference in the competitive Townsville market with a full-service approach for clients,” said Fotinos.

The new office is set in the bustling heart of Townsville’s nightlife and restaurant precinct, and will offer trade services to help vendors create the best-presented home possible.

Over in New Zealand, an office has also popped up in the South Island.

Wanaka, an alpine town at the foothills of Mount Aspiring National Park, is renowned for its glaciers, forests, lakes and ski slopes, making it a popular tourist resort town for domestic and international travellers alike.

Century 21 Wanaka is the newest office to pop up in the local area. It is led by a powerhouse group of experienced real estate agents: Hamish Gee, Mitch Campbell, Kate Gilbert, and Portia Campbell.

“With Century 21, we haven’t just joined a network; we’re aligning with a legacy of real estate excellence, backed by robust support systems and a commitment to innovation, which ensures that our clients receive unparalleled service and outcomes here in the Wanaka market,” the directors said.

Tim Kearins, partner and director of Century 21 New Zealand, expressed enthusiasm for the new alpine office.

“It is exciting to welcome this vibrant team to Century 21, and what is even more thrilling is the location that the office is in – a natural wonderland for adrenaline junkies, culinary delights and a gateway to adventure or simply relaxing,” he said.

“The team already have a strong results-based work ethic and understand the importance of an international brand in Wanaka. We look forward to seeing them thrive with our network,” the director concluded.
