Raine & Horne Rural has achieved widespread growth across NSW and Queensland over the past 12 months – and one particular leader has played a big role.
Highlighting its achievements, the network relayed that this increased presence across the eastern states would enable them to offer their services to “more farmers, corporates, lifestyle buyers and investors in many of Australia’s key agricultural areas”.
Raine & Horne regional and rural network manager, Travis Wentriro, is of the belief that the rapid expansion “is a testament to our commitment to rural Australia”.
He himself has lifetime ties with rural Australia, having grown up in the remote outback town of Coober Pedy, South Australia, where after returning from a boarding school in Adelaide, he would then spend the early years of his career at large-scale cattle properties in the far north of South Australia.
“I grew up in the bush and have worked extensively in the agricultural sector, which has given me a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in rural areas,” said Wentriro.
“Moreover, many of my schoolmates at boarding school came from families that owned large rural properties, where I spent many holidays getting a taste for life on the land, something that sparked my interest in the agricultural industry when I left school.”
Prior to transitioning to real estate, Wentriro also worked within recruitment and mining at sites such as Roxby Downs in South Australia, where he gained a “wealth of experience in remote and regional locations”.
Even now, Wentriro said the hands-on experience, and his enthusiasm for the agricultural sector, is invaluable for his role today.
He revealed he clocks “close to 45,000 kilometres a year”, both in support of the network’s offices and in an effort to identify new opportunities.
According to the network, it’s thanks to the “exemplary support” from Wentriro that has seen former independent Bettington Rural’s offices in Quirindi and Murrurundi recently transition to Raine & Horne Rural, remarking at his “dedication to fostering strong relationships within the network”.
In addition, the regional and rural network manager said the agency had “opened or rebranded offices in NSW in locations such as Casino, Quirindi, Murrurundi, and several locations in Queensland, bringing our total of Raine & Horne rural offices to a record high”.
“Our goal is to continue building on the presence of Raine & Horne Rural across Australia, ensuring we offer unparalleled support and expertise to our regional and rural clients,” he concluded.
