Three suburbs in Melbourne’s north have seen new real estate agencies set up shop in the neighbourhood.

Woodards has opened three new agencies in Heidelberg, Reservoir and Lilydale, marking a month of rapid growth for the brand.

Heading up Woodards Heidelberg are Stasi Adgemis and Alec Stefanoski – previously of Woodards Manningham – and local Heidelberg agent Jeevan Jey.

“Jeevan is a great addition to our team, and we look forward to growing our team and exposure within the City of Banyule,” said Adgemis.

“We are excited to be growing not only the brand, but also our reach,” he said.

Over in Reservoir, a new office is being captained by Mario Butera and Mario Lionetti, who also own Woodards’ existing offices in the trendy suburbs of Northcote and Thornbury.

According to the pair, the opening of Woodards Reservoir will provide yet another chance for the duo to leave their stamp on the local area.

“The opening of the Reservoir office represents an exciting chapter for both Mario and myself, as well as the Woodards network,” said Butera.

“The location is perfect and allows us to significantly enhance our presence in the northern suburbs and deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.”

A third office further out on Melbourne’s north-east fringes will add yet another shop to the brand’s arsenal.

Headed by Graham Reynolds and Bruno Cascianelli, Woodards Lilydale aims to benefit the local community by providing a quality real estate service.

“It’s a great honour to join the Woodards network,” said Reynolds. “One of the key factors that led me to join Woodards was the strong brand and heritage.”

Nigel O’Neil, CEO of Woodards, stated that Reynolds and Cascianelli would be “the perfect candidates” for the network’s newest office in the Yarra Valley.

“Graham and Bruno both come to us with a wealth of knowledge that will benefit the Lilydale region exceptionally well. With their local knowledge of the area and people, community focus and expertise of the industry, both Graham and Bruno are exactly the right fit to lead Woodards Lilydale,” he said.

According to the CEO, the opening of the three new offices marks a major milestone for the Melbourne brand, and opens up new opportunities for the company going forward.

“These three additional offices have expanded our footprint and reinforced our presence in key regions,” O’Neil concluded.
