Mere months after opening its inaugural location, a new Victorian brand will launch a second and third location.

Adam Flynn, the former Victorian state director of Coronis, announced the launch of his eponymous real estate brand in May, and already Flynn Estate Agents has news of expansion.

With one location in Frankston, Victoria, in operation, the brand has now opened a second location in Knox, and noted that news of a third will be soon to follow.

Director Cassandra Crowe said that the move into the eastern area made sense for the team, with the brand’s professionals already boasting “a strong understanding of the Knox market, supported by extensive historical data”.

“We are highly familiar with this area and have a proven track record of results. The
expansion is a natural progression, aligning with both our geographical and commercial strategy,” she said.

To support and accelerate its growth, the firm also recently appointed Alana Roberts as the head of growth, culture and operations to propel its plans.

Between three experts at the helm – Flynn, Crowe and Roberts – the brand now boasts over 60 years of experience in the industry to guide its leadership style and business offering.

Indeed, it was Flynn’s experience in the industry that has informed his new agency model, with the real estate veteran aiming to create a modern offering that focuses on franchise benefits.

“Many franchisees are self-sufficient yet pay high fees for minimal support. We’ve built a world- class brand at Flynn with a high emphasis on training through ‘The Flynn System’, which has a proven track record of developing top performers in the Australian market,” he explained.

The firm offers two options, both for a fixed fee. Agencies can join as a Flynn franchise for a monthly cost, or agents can link up with the brand independently, paying a monthly administration cost. The brand describes it as a model that’s able to offer “greater financial freedom” as well as business support.

Crowe emphasised that beyond the coaching supplied by Flynn, the firm also focuses on addressing pain points of the property management sector.

“We’ve integrated artificial intelligence into our property management systems, enabling us to manage portfolios on behalf of agencies anywhere in Australia. This innovation is particularly beneficial for sales-focused directors who need robust property management solutions without dedicating their own resources,” Crowe noted.

Roberts, meanwhile, emphasised that while the group hopes to have more expansion news soon, it will continue to keep its founding values throughout the addition of new people and offices.

“At Flynn, we have strong values of integrity, teamwork, results, authenticity and competency. All our decisions are grounded in these values, ensuring our team is both valued and heard,” she said.

“We are growing at an encouraging rate, and our focus remains on the success of our people,” Roberts added.
