A Helensvale agency led by two experienced professionals has joined a major network to accelerate its growth plans and pave the way for future expansion.

The agency and team under business leaders Peter Catanzariti and Jean Brown have joined RE/MAX Australia, making the switch from another major network.

At the newly rebranded RE/MAX United office, Catanzariti will be serving as the office’s managing director and head of sales, and Brown as the agency’s general manager and head of property management.

Catanzariti previously served as the director of the Ray White Catanzariti Family Group (CFG) office since 2018, and last year welcomed Brown into the agency’s ranks.

Prior to joining the CFG office, Brown served as the principal and director of her agency, Jean Brown Properties. The consolidation of this agency with Catanzariti’s business provided the newly merged office an opportunity to strengthen its “client-first, people-first approach”.

With both Catanzariti and Brown firmly focused on future growth, the duo stated that they felt joining the RE/MAX network would support their plans for future expansion and growth.

Speaking on the move, Catanzariti highlighted the network’s “platform and community dedicated to supporting growth” as a key driver behind the decision to join the RE/MAX brand.

“We know how to run a successful business and the support from RE/MAX, in terms of our individual business goals and the opportunity to try new things, be innovative and focus on building our business, we feel align with our plans for the future,” Catanzariti said.

Brown stated that the agency has always focused on “building our business around our team”, and explained that the support of the RE/MAX network will enable the office to build an environment in which “their team can thrive”.

“Our agents and property managers all have their individual goals, and we want to build our business around what they want and what they need to be able to achieve that,” Brown said.

With the team at the new RE/MAX United currently numbering over 60 real estate professionals and administration staff, Brown highlighted that the move to RE/MAX has been warmly received and has enabled the team to further align themselves culturally.

RE/MAX Australia’s managing director, Joel Davoren, shared his enthusiasm at the addition and said he was “thrilled to have Peter, Jean and their team join RE/MAX Australia”.

“Peter and Jean follow an excellent example of the type of leadership and culture that align with the RE/MAX Australia brand, and with their already established team we look forward to encouraging and supporting their plans for further growth,” Davoren said.
