After years of success within the RE/MAX network, agent Leanne Bojarski has opened her own office on the coast of south-east Queensland.
The network has reported that Leanne Bojarski and her team have opened the doors to the new RE/MAX On Point office in Victoria Point.
Prior to this expansion, Bojarski and her team had built a strong presence in the region, operating as Agents On Point in RE/MAX’s Bayside and Results offices under the leadership of Hayley Van de Ven since 2022.
Bojarski brings over a decade of real estate experience to her leadership of the new agency and was part of the RE/MAX network for two years before launching her own branch.
Reflecting on her decision to open her own office, Bojarski noted that conversations with agents in RE/MAX’s Australian and international networks made her feel it was “natural to take the next step in her career” with the brand’s backing.
“With the influence of a brand which truly values its people, and to be surrounded with inspiring and successful leaders, I’m looking forward to continuing to grow with RE/MAX,” Bojarski said.
She also shared that her decision to “accelerate her long-term goals of business ownership” was warmly received by her mentor and friend, Hayley Van de Ven, whose leadership and mentorship Bojarski described as “incredibly influential”.
“Her belief, encouragement and continued support has been amazing and I’m looking forward to continuing to work in close connection with her and her team into the future,” she said.
Throughout her leadership of the On Point team, Bojarski emphasised that her motivation in real estate has “always been about how she can help others” which, combined with her detail-driven approach, has enabled her to deliver comprehensive support to her local community.
With this value shared by RE/MAX On Point’s team composed of agents John Dixon, Rita Suters and Jill Birocchi, Bojarski stated that this mindset will enable the agency to continue delivering high-quality sales and property management services to Victoria Point and the wider Islands and Bayside areas.
“Our team are very close-knit and we work well together because we share the same values and beliefs in what service should be,” said Bojarski.
Commenting on the expansion, RE/MAX Australia managing director, Joel Davoren, shared his support and encouragement for Bojarski and her team at the new location.
“Leanne is a great operator and coming off a great year for her, we’re excited to continue to support her into her new venture with RE/MAX On Point,” Davoren said.
This new opening follows the recent move of Peter Catanzariti and Jean Brown to the RE/MAX network, where they unveiled the Helensvale-based RE/MAX United office.
