The addition of offices in Gumdale and Graceville will further strengthen Place One Group’s footprint, supporting its mission to service Brisbane’s markets “from the west to the water”.
The Place One Group, a team within Place Estate Agents, has announced the addition of offices in Gumdale and Graceville to serve a strategic need in Brisbane’s eastern and southern suburbs.
These expansions leading into 2025 will further bolster Place One Group’s Brisbane coverage, complementing its established offices in Bulimba, Camp Hill, Cannon Hill and Carindale.
Place Estate Agents noted that the One Group team will also benefit from the oversight of the group’s chief day officer, Sam Kelso, and Glenn Bool, who will lead efforts together in business development and leasing growth.
Explaining Place One Group’s strategy moving forward, Kelso underscored the team’s commitment to “empower agents”, and emphasised the importance of streamlining operations to “enable our people to do what they do best”.
But even with further leasing growth firmly on the mind for Place One Group, Bool stressed that the group’s mindset vision is still about “growth with purpose”.
“We’re not just aiming to nearly double our footprint in 2025, but we’re going to continue to offer the personal touch that sets the Place One Group apart,” Bool said.
As the group expands into the Gumdale and Graceville areas, Place Estate Agents noted that the One Group team will continue to leverage resources from the Place HQ head office, while maintaining the team’s unique culture and identity.
The group’s managing director, Paul Curtain, shared that the Place One Group is “about more than shared branding” and instead represents a mutual commitment to “collaboration, trust, and consistently exceeding expectations”.
“By integrating these offices, we’re combining their local expertise with a team-driven approach that delivers outstanding results for clients,” Curtain said.
With Place One Group set to help over 5,000 people across sales and leasings in 2025, Curtain reaffirmed that the team is still focused on “creating a unified, high-performing team while preserving the local expertise that makes each office unique”.
“Both Gumdale and Graceville represent thriving communities with incredible potential. Bringing these offices into the Place One Group strengthens our ability to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients,” Curtain said.
This expansion marks the latest development in the ongoing growth of the wider Place Estate Agents network, which earlier this year identified the 19 Greater Brisbane markets the network will look to service by 2032.
