The opening of Urban Real Estate’s 16th location positions the brand to capitalise on the rising demand and robust market growth in the Hunter region.
Urban Real Estate has expanded its footprint in NSW with the opening of a new office in Aberglasslyn.
Through this expansion, the new outpost in Aberglasslyn will expand the brand’s presence to one of the “fastest-growing residential areas in the Hunter region”, with the new office offering land sales and property management services in markets such as Lochinvar, Rutherford, Maitland and Chisholm.
The brand noted that recent data from PropTrack for October 2024 showed that Lochinvar led NSW’s regional suburbs with the highest growth in median home prices over the past year, with growth of 67 per cent.
Over the broader area, Urban Real Estate said that Aberglasslyn has grown in popularity with families and young professionals due to the area’s blend of modern amenities and rural charm.
The brand also highlighted that Aberglasslyn has an extensive pipeline of infrastructure projects currently underway or planned, such as new schools, shopping centres and recreational spaces which will position the area for sustained market growth in the future.
Director of residential sales at Urban Real Estate, Trent Brewer, said Aberglasslyn would “play a pivotal role in Urban’s continued growth story”.
“The Hunter region along the New England Highway from Thornton to Branxton and Huntlee to Waterford is rapidly expanding and we plan to gain a stronger foothold in this area,” Brewer said.
In order to leverage Aberglasslyn’s market prospects, Brewer said the new office aims to offer “tailored services that meet the needs of growing families, first home buyers as well as investors who are drawn to this area’s affordability and rural lifestyle”.
This latest opening comes off the back of a year of marked growth for Urban Real Estate, after the brand continued its expansion across NSW’s growth corridors and completed 1,209 property sales valued at over $950 million over 2024.
Looking forward, Urban Real Estate stated it has big plans in the Hunter, with an existing office in North Rothbury and a third location set to open in early 2025, as the brand looks to strengthen its presence across key growth corridors in NSW.
“Our aim is simple – to provide unparalleled real estate services, helping our clients navigate the property market with confidence and achieving the best results for them,” Brewer said.
