With a seasoned team at the helm, Belle Property’s new Whitsundays office is well-equipped to cater to the region’s booming real estate market.

The newly launched Belle Property Whitsundays is headed by real estate experts Stephanie McWhirter and Adam Webster, who bring nearly 30 years of combined experience and have collectively sold close to 1,000 properties in the Whitsundays.

The brand highlighted McWhirter’s achievements, noting she has sold “more properties than any other agent in the Whitsundays over the last three years”, and holds the price record in the suburbs of Jubilee Pocket and Cannon Valley.

Alongside McWhirter is her fiancé and long-time real estate agent, Adam Webster, whose extensive industry knowledge and exceptional sales record have established him as a highly regarded property consultant in the area.

Webster has also played a key role as a mentor and sales manager for younger agents, equipping them with the skills needed to thrive in the real estate industry.

Rounding out the team at Belle Property Whitsundays are real estate professionals Jordan Wilkie and Casey Pitman, whose exceptional client service and work ethic further strengthen the team’s expertise and capabilities.

Belle Property’s new office opens at a crucial time for the Whitsundays market, where increasing demand for lifestyle properties has driven an 8 per cent rise in average property prices over the past year.

The brand also highlighted that the area’s mix of luxury developments and affordable options has attracted both investors and lifestyle buyers, with an influx of interstate buyers, particularly from larger cities, intensifying competition in the area, especially for coastal properties and homes with water views.

Speaking on the decision to open a Belle Property office in the region, McWhirter said that “the Whitsundays remain a prime location for both living and investing, offering a unique blend of lifestyle and opportunity”.

“Whether you’re considering a permanent move or an investment, now is the time to explore what this beautiful region has to offer,” McWhirter said.

Belle Property’s Queensland head of state, David Holmes, shared he was “excited” to expand into the Whitsundays area and said “we couldn’t think of a better team to lead the new Belle Property Whitsundays than Stephanie and her highly performing team”.

“We look forward to seeing them introduce the brand to the local community and continuing thriving as real estate agents,” Holmes said.
