The chief executive of Hockingstuart has resigned after almost a decade in the job.
Hockingstuart announced today that Nigel O’Neil has decided to resign after eight-and-a-half years of service.
“Nigel has made a significant contribution to the business during that time, having grown the network to be the leading brand in Victoria,” Hockingstuart said in its statement.
“The business is significantly stronger due to the development of a solid franchise system and processes that lead the industry.
"He has also developed and implemented a number of new business lines, including a utility connections service, a finance offering and a strata management operation.”
Hockingstuart won the Best Training & Education category at last year’s Real Estate Business Awards, partly because of a six-figure annual investment it makes in mystery shopping its agents.
