A real estate professional says agents who take advantage of digital disruption are guaranteed to see a significant boost in their business.
Marko Radojcic is a business development manager for Rockend, where he assists agents by providing real estate software solutions via the company’s platform.
He told REB that technology has created a huge opportunity for agents to become more efficient and streamline their processes.
“Technology has most certainly had a huge impact on the real estate industry,” Mr Radojcic said.
“Agents are now asking how we can create better efficiencies and streamline their processes which, in the end, gives the agent more time to focus on what they need to do – which is run their business without back-office disruption.”
Mr Radojcic noted that technology could become the “backbone” of day-to-day administration and business management tasks.
With these possibilities in mind, the 2016 REinnovate conference will reveal how agents can get the most out of current technology offerings.
Mr Radojcic attended last year’s event and said REinnovate represents a good opportunity to collaborate with like-minded industry professionals on how technology can enhance their business proposition.
“You need to take advantage of what is currently available in the marketplace, rather than reinventing the wheel, which can be a costly, stressful and painful exercise,” he said.
“[The conference] is a great way to connect key people, influencers and key suppliers.
“I look forward to the next event.”
The one-day REinnovate conference will deliver practical insights on how to achieve fast growth by mastering and applying the latest available technology tools to generate more leads, enhance profits and boost productivity.
Following the conference, REB’s Top 100 Agents 2016 will commence, with the best real estate agents across the country revealed.
REB’s 2016 REinnovate conference will be held at The Star Event Centre in Sydney on 5 April.
