One of Australia’s largest franchise groups has enhanced its Victorian presence with the introduction of six new offices.

Ray White Victoria announced the opening of six new offices across the state in the first five months of 2016, adding to the group’s 80-plus offices in Victoria.

Ray White Victoria/Tasmania CEO Domenic Belfiore said since the unveiling of the new offices, the network has continued to achieve record sales volumes.

“We are really excited to be securing sales records month after month this year,” he said.

“From January to April we have seen the business go from strength to strength.

“The people of Victoria have confidence in the Ray White brand and we are attracting the best talent in the industry.”

Mr Belfiore also praised Ray White’s mobile technology platform as a key component of this success.

“Each of our members uses the same technology platform with the most innovative real estate systems, from the CRM to property data and sales analytics to sending their clients personalised video market report updates,” he said.

“This platform allows us to train our members in using our mobile technology suite of products to ensure their business is running efficiently so they can concentrate on providing their clients with unrivalled service.

“Last year alone Ray White Victoria ran over 450 training events to ensure that our members remain at the top of their game and they continue to do what they do best – sell property.”

The new Ray White Victoria offices have so far been introduced in Benalla, Coburg, Howlong, Burwood and Romsey, with one more scheduled to open in Preston over the coming weeks.

“A significant number of the new offices which have come on board so far this year have come over from well-known real estate brands, and we are very excited to have secured another four to six offices which will be opening their doors in the second half of the year,” Mr Belfiore said.
