An up-and-coming agent has been recognised for leadership, innovation and outstanding achievement in the first ever Domain Rising Star Award.
Stasi Adgemis, director and auctioneer at hockingstuart, took out the coveted title for Victoria after receiving recognition for his unique marketing approach and ability to provide expert advice through media channels to engage buyers and sellers in his campaigns.
“Adgemis’ progressive approach to real estate and strong focus on creating genuine relationships with clients makes him a fitting winner of the inaugural Doman Rising Star Award,” Domain CEO Antony Catalano said.
“Adgemis consistently delivers a superior experience to his clients, embracing technology to enhance customer relationships, and actively builds wide, strong networks, which are so crucial for the future of our industry.”
Mr Catalano noted that Mr Adgemis’ active role in his local community, which includes his involvement in several charity auctions, also makes him a worthy recipient of the award.
Mr Adgemis is the youngest director in the hockingstuart group and his merits include being named a finalist in the REIV Novice Auctioneer competition aged just 22 years old.
Domain also recognised Julia Warren of Buxton Real Estate Newtown and Sam Goddard of Abercromby’s Real Estate Armadale as highly commended for their innovative use of technology and approach to customer service.
