A leading residential property business has increased its network to five locations as it continues in a strategic plan for growth across Australia.

Di Jones Real Estate has merged with both the LJ Hooker Beecroft and Thornleigh businesses under the Di Jones Real Estate brand.

The merger comes in the wake of an earlier successful merger between Di Jones Real Estate and LJ Hooker Wahroonga in February.

Rob Ward, chief executive of Di Jones Real Estate, said his business sees this as a highly attractive opportunity to continue strengthening and growing its team in Sydney's north.

“Bringing these two teams together is a win-win for all involved and allows us to offer the highest level of service to our clients and deliver the best possible results,” he said.

LJ Hooker Thornleigh was established in 1999 and grew to become the number one sales office in the local area, winning multiple awards over the past decade.

In early 2012, an expansion plan led to the agency's acquisition of Beecroft Real Estate and the opening of LJ Hooker Beecroft.

Amy Kaslar, principal for LJ Hooker Thornleigh and Beecroft said the obvious synergy between the Di Jones brand and her agencies' own was demonstrated through their mutual commitment toward service and care.

“The localised personal touch with the exposure of a company-owned network means better results for our clients,” she added.

LJ Hooker Thornleigh and Beecroft combined to sell almost $120 million over the past 12 months.
