One of REB’s Top 100 Agents was crowned Top Salesperson at Raine & Horne’s national awards last week.
Ric Serrao, Raine & Horne Double Bay-Bondi Beach co-principal, who ranked third in REB’s Top 100 this year, won the Top Salesperson (principal dollar value) category at the Raine & Horne National Awards last Tuesday.
“Ric is constantly looking to evolve his operation and even took himself out of his business for a stint to learn all he could about how social media and the latest digital technologies can help him land more appraisals, listings and sales,” Angus Raine, executive chairman of Raine & Horne, commented.
James Baker, senior sales agent at Raine & Horne Palm Beach-Avalon, was awarded Top Salesperson (dollar value) on the night.
Mr Raine explained that Mr Baker joined the real estate group after a “stellar” career in Sydney and London, where he specialised in IT recruitment.
“He has beaten hundreds of sales agents across Australia for this award and the win is testament to his IT background,” Mr Raine commented.
Brett Hunter, co-principal of Raine & Horne Terrigal-Avoca Beach-Saratoga and Raine & Horne Commercial Erina, was named this year’s winner of the coveted Max Raine Award for Excellence.
Mr Raine remarked that it was an apt win, as his father Max Raine has taken a special interest in Mr Hunter’s progress since he switched to Raine & Horne almost a decade ago.
The event was held at the Hamilton Island Conference Centre and attracted more than 200 of Raine & Horne’s agents from across the country and overseas.
