One of the world’s largest real estate organisations is expanding its existing Australasian network, adding four new franchisees to its Australian and New Zealand operations.
Century 21 has announced office openings in Queensland, South Australia, New Zealand and Tasmania.
Century 21 ‘Dynamic’ will service clients in Springwood, Queensland and will be led by directors Jimmy Pham, Edy Saputra and Jason McDonald.
Together they have over 50 years’ experience across real estate sales, finance and business development.
Paul Dale, Carol Hartlett and Jeff Robinson will lead Century 21 ‘The Bay’ in Glenelg, South Australia.
They have a broad skill set in sales and property management, and over 75 years’ experience in real estate.
Goldie and Seema Kadian of Century 21 ‘Team4U Real Estate’ have opened their new office in Ellerslie, New Zealand.
They bring a wealth of knowledge to the network, with strong backgrounds in insurance and plans to adapt their insurance lead generation business to a real estate model.
Century 21 ‘Leslie and Banks’ is the network’s first office in Tasmania.
Led by James Leslie and Adam Banks, the new office has a strong real estate background and is a leader in its local market.
Century 21 chairman and owner Charles Tarbey said he welcomed the new franchisees to the team, and is looking forward to seeing the “fantastic results” they will deliver for clients in their local markets.
He said they all possess a strong team culture, a high degree of professionalism and a desire to consistently strive for premium results.
“I believe over the coming months the role of expert agents will be more essential than ever, as Australians navigate changing market conditions to make successful property transactions,” Mr Tarbey added.
“It is great to see our network consistently growing with franchisees whose values align to those of our organisation,” he said.
With over 3,000 offices, Century 21 is the largest real estate sales organisation in the Asia-Pacific region, a region considered important to Australia’s continued economic success.
