A national real estate agency has celebrated the achievements of its employees, with one of Australia’s leading agents taking out a top spot.
Ranked 23rd in REB’s Top 100 Agents this year, Nick Renna of hockingstuart Bentleigh has gone on to win the hockingstuart’s Sales Director of the Year award.
The Bentleigh office was also recognised for its leading market share of 15.5 per cent in the area.
The awards evening, which was held at the Plaza Ballroom in Melbourne, recognised individual and office achievements for the past year, based on sales growth, market share and customer service.
The coveted title of Franchise of the Year went to hockingstuart Rosebud, following the office’s 43 per cent sale increase, strong customer service and staff engagement.
The night also saw hockingstuart Melton awarded Customer Service Agency of the Year, with sales consultant Liliana Panaccio crowned Customer Service Agent of the Year.
Taking home four awards in total was hockingstuart Melton’s senior sales consultant Joe Mavrikos, who was named Sales Agent of the Year.
Newly appointed hockingstuart CEO Simon Jovanovic said he was particularly impressed by the booming outer suburbs and regional areas, where over 50 per cent of the award winning offices are located.
“Over the past financial year, the property spotlight has no doubt been on the regional and fringe markets,” Mr Jovanovic commented.
“Data shows that suburbs on the Mornington Peninsula have outpaced Melbourne in terms of house price growth, Melton has exhibited capital growth of up to 20 per cent over the past two years and Ballarat is seeing an influx of young families trading in the big smoke,” he said.
“Our offices in these regions are not just leveraging the demand for property, but are delivering an outstanding level of service to clients.”
