With the awards season still in full swing, one real estate group has crowned its top agent.
O’Brien Real Estate announced that Tanja Neven-Jones from its Chelsea office is the company's leading agent, at its recent awards night held at the Grand Hyatt Melbourne in front of 327 staff and invitees.
Corporate director of O’Brien Real Estate, Dean O’Brien, acknowledged Ms Neven-Jones as the perfect example of someone who embodies the company’s values.
“Tanja is such a giving person,” he added. “She is community-minded, customer-focused, a passionate mother, family-driven and is a very worthy winner indeed.”
The runner-up was Michelle Stephens from the Carrum Downs office.
In total the company handed out 48 awards over the night.
The award for best office went to Cranbourne, with the Narre Warren and Chelsea offices securing the second and third positions.
Simon Murphy from the Cranbourne office was crowned the Rising Star Agent.
The top property manager – as voted by landlords – was Jenna McIntosh from the Berwick office, and Nicole Higgs from the Cranbourne office accrued the most new rental properties within the group.
O’Brien Real Estate runs a network of 14 offices throughout Bayside, south-east Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula.
The night was the group’s acknowledgement of its staff achievements over the 2015-16 financial year.
O’Brien Real Estate also acknowledged its members' involvement with the Oli E Foundation over the past four years, having raised in excess of $350,000 for the charity.
