One real estate group is supporting the lead generation activities of its sales agents by offering the chance for one customer to win $1 million.
From 1 September to 30 November, every property owner who has a sales or rental market update with LJ Hooker will go into a draw, with one customer winning the opportunity to spin the ‘Million Dollar LJ Hooker Prize Wheel’ – potentially winning them $1 million to spend on an LJ Hooker property, $35,000 in cash, a $35,000 travel voucher or a brand new Audi A1 (valued at $36,000).
The market update allows LJ Hooker sales agents and property managers to identify options for the owner that appeal to current and emerging trends, enhancing the potential for a better sale price or rental return, LJ Hooker said.
LJ Hooker head of marketing Heather Hilton said the brand’s largest ever prize offering – which will be supported across a spectrum of media including television, online and social channels – would coincide with unprecedented market conditions this spring.
“Buyers will be entering the peak selling season with interest rates at never-before-seen low levels. The market’s fundamentals are very strong, but as market-wide listings have shown, sellers are requiring further encouragement to engage and this is how our campaign has evolved.
“We’re very excited about how the incentive will resonate with the marketplace. The Million Dollar LJ Hooker Prize Wheel is our biggest ever campaign offering and one which could really change the lives of our customers,” she said.
